The Local Care Director will require the following skills and qualifications:
- Fluent in written and spoken Spanish
- Official status as a nursing student or Mexican and/or US certification as a nurse or other medical or para-medical professional
- Proficient in using the Internet for research
- Proficient in email
- Proficient in Word or compatible word processing system
Desirable qualifications include:
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Proficient in the use of Excel or compatible spreadsheet software
- Experience in geriatric and/or postoperative care
