The Local Care Director will monitor the physical infrastructure and resources need for successful operations. When a Local Facility Manager is available, the Local Care Director will provide input as needed to allow the Facility Manager to avoid or rectify problems. In some cases the Local Care Director my need to function as Facility Manager. This might be the case in a new or small facility.
